W. P. (Bill) Sinclair was born in 1936. Bill spent most of his life working in the Scottish and English gun trade. Self taught, he first tried gun engraving in 1971 with the encouragement of Ken Hunt and by 1978 was working as a full time gun engraver. Game scenes were one of his specialities. He died in 2009.
