the 27 1/2-inch chopper-lump barrels (numbered 1) with 2 3/4-inch chambers, about true cylinder and 1/4 choke borings, the 29-inch chopper-lump barrels (numbered 2) with 2 3/4-inch chambers, about 3/4 choke borings, matted and chequered flat top ribs, the frame, hand detachable lock and top lever profusely engraved with scrolling foliage around birds in flight, the maker's name signed within a banner and retaining some original hardening colour, the clipped fences carved with further scrolling foliage, gold line cocking indicators, articulated front trigger and rolled edge trigger guard, non-automatic safety catch, 14 3/4-inch well figured stock including rubber recoil pad, 7lb. 6oz. (7lb. 8oz. with additional barrels), nitro proof, re-jointing recommended, in its maker's lightweight leather case with compartments for both pairs of barrels
