25-inch chopper-lump barrels with 2 3/4-inch chambers, about improved cylinder and 3/8 choke borings, file cut Churchill ribs, the frames, locks and left-handed top levers finely engraved with bold foliate scrollwork against a stippled ground, the maker's name signed in gold within a scrolling ribbon, the engraver's name signed on the trigger plate, "G. S. Pedretti", gold lined cocking indicators, single triggers, rolled edge trigger guards, 14 3/4-inch highly figured stocks with semi pistol grips, cast on for the left shoulder, 6lb. 10oz., Italian nitro proof, in their maker's lightweight leather motor case with maker's certificates, etc, together with matching cartridge magazine

The maker confirms that the guns were built in 2010 and were engraved by Mr Pedretti. The guns are a true left handed pair of guns, with left handed top levers and the single triggers firing the left barrel first. The guns have been relatively little used. |
