30-inch sleeved barrels with 3-inch chambers about 3/4 and full choke borings, top extension, the frame engraved with fine scrolls and scenes of game birds in landscapes, the clipped fences with carved decoration, retaining traces of original hardening colour, 14 1/2-inch well figured stock with semi pistol grip and chequered side panels, slightly cast-on for the left shoulder, 7lb. 14oz., nitro proof, replacement fore end without ejector work (the gun originally being built as an ejector) |
