27-inch chopper-lump barrels with 2 3/4-inch chambers, about 3/8 choke borings, top extension, the rounded frames, trigger plates and gold numbered top levers with bold scroll engraving and retaining most of their original hardening colour, the action bases signed in gold, the trigger plates with scenes of duck and pheasant in flight, signed by the engraver "D. V. Hudson", the trigger plates with gold washed lockwork, 14-inch highly figured stocks, the trigger guards inlaid with the initials "M.C.K.", 5lb. 13oz., nitro proof, in their brassbound oak and leather case with canvas outer cover
