25-inch chopper-lump barrels with 2 1/2-inch chambers about 1/4 and 3/4 choke borings, the frames, locks and gold numbered top levers with fine bouquet and scroll engraving and retaining much original hardening colour, fluted fences, the action bases signed in gold, the trigger guards inlaid "The Twelve-Twenty" in gold, 15-inch highly figured stocks including recoil pads, (No.1 stock probably an old replacement), No. 2 stock including 1/2-inch extension, 5lb. 13oz., nitro proof, in their maker's leather case with green velvet lining

The maker confirms that the guns were built in 1933 for the Maharaja of Jodhpur to give as a present to the Maharaja of Jaipur. The guns appear little used and have remained in store for a number of years.
