30-inch monobloc barrels with 3-inch chambers, about 3/8 and 5/8 choke borings respectively, machined ventilated ribs, the frames, side plates and gold numbered top levers with fine scroll engraving surrounding highly detailed scenes of gold inlaid game within realistic landscapes, the No.1 gun inlaid with pheasant and duck, the No.2 gun inlaid with grouse, signed by the engraver L. Galeazzi, hand detachable trigger blocks with gold washed triggers and lockwork, pierced top levers, 14 3/4-inch highly figured stocks with pistol grips and recoil pads, 8lb., Italian nitro proof, in their maker's lightweight case with certificates, etc
The guns appear virtually unused and retain all of their original finish. The manufacturer's list price for this model is in excess of £100,000. |
