26-inch chopper-lump barrels with ramp fore sight with folding moon bead, the short raised rib with folding leaf sights and mounted with a Kahles 6x telescopic sight in clase mounts, doll's head extension, the re-coloured frame and locks with fine bouquet and scroll engraving and retaining almost all of its renewed hardening colour, extended top strap, bolted safety, 14 1/4-inch highly figured stock with pistol grip, cheekpiece and recoil pad, sling eyes, 9lb. 10oz., nitro re-proof

The maker confirms that the rifle was built in circa 1912 as a 6.5mm and that it has subsequently been converted to 7x65.
