28-inch Whitworth steel chopper-lump barrels with 2 1/2-inch chambers, about 1/4 and 3/4 choke borings, the frames, locks and numbered top levers with fine bouquet and scroll engraving and retaining much original hardening colour, lined cocking indicators, 14-inch highly figured stocks, 6lb. 3oz., nitro proof, in their maker's brassbound oak and leather case with maker's instruction booklet, etc, contained within a modern aluminium flight case

The maker confirms that the guns were built in 1930 for T. A. Forslind. The guns remain in a little used and exceptionally original condition. The guns were previously sold at Sotheby's Gleneagles auction on 31st August 1987 for £39,600. The guns have remained unused since.
