28-inch barrels with 2 3/4-inch chambers, about 1/4 and 3/4 choke borings, machined rib and cross-bolt extension, engraved breeches, the frame and locks with fine scroll engraving around numerous scenes of game birds in realistic settings, retaining much original hardening colour overall, the clipped fences carved with acanthus scroll work, 14 3/8-inch highly figured stock with semi-pistol grip and ribbed buttplate, 6lb. 8oz., recent nitro reproof
The gun was built in c.1920 to a very high standard, and retains much of its original hardening colour.
