29-inch barrels with 2 3/4-inch chambers about 1/2 and full choke borings, matted solid ribs, the frames, locks and gold numbered top levers engraved with fine acanthus scrollwork incorporating floral motifs against a stippled ground, the pinless locks all engraved with fine scenes of game birds in flight against woodland settings, the trigger plates signed Laura Galeazzi, serial numbers and maker's name inlaid in gold, 14 1/2-inch highly figured exhibition grade stocks with semi pistol grips, 6lb. 10oz., Italian nitro proof, in their leather case with accessories and maker's certificates
The guns were delivered in 2004 and remain little used. |
